Conservation – Green Initiative Challenge

FUNDED – We were approached by a consortium of foundations in Kenya to run the education module of an international award-winning tree planting initiative.

Bamburi Cement, Better Globe Forestry, KenGen Foundation and their partners: Kenya Forest Service, NEMA, and the Kenyan Ministry of Education Science and Technology contracted us to write, direct, produce and implement a school assembly puppet-based program focused on recycling, taking care of the environment, and growing trees for income, fuel and improving life in the village.

Our puppet characters and Kenyan performers share the ins and outs of the country-wide contest to plant, grow and take care of area forests.  We are currently touring the program in English, Kiswahili and partially in KiKamba language.
